I bloody love pasta. Don’t you? For years I avoided eating it or felt guilty when I did because I was convinced it was bad for you. Then I learned about calorie balance and realised it isn’t the food of the devil and I really enjoy it so I decided to incorporate it into my diet. Now you can too!
Here’s a simple, easy and delicious recipe from one of my e-books that I wanted to share on here. The ingredients are simple and it’s one of those dishes you could make a big batch of to feed the whole family or save leftovers for tomorrow.
It’s only 417 calories per portion, and you can always alter the portion sizes to suit your individual needs. If you want a little something extra as a side dish, I would advise making a nice big green salad to go with it!
