I can’t recommend Sian highly enough. I love the calm, patient and knowledgable way that she trains me. Sian has help me avoid injury and build strength whilst training for the London Marathon. The biggest change I have had during my training with Sian is my change of mindset towards food and weight. I no longer weigh myself daily and have healthy achievable goals and a healthy balance when it come to food. After having my 2nd baby in 2 years, i really wanted to get back to being me- fit, strong and running well again. I knew i needed one to one support to help me focus and reach my personal fitness goals as i was struggling to get the balance between effective exercise and 2 babies under 2! My body had been through so much in 2 years that i needed to learn how to heal it and make it stronger than it was before...especially with 2 babies to carry! Sian gave me a flexible and realistic programme during my pregnancies and after focussing on my core, total body strengthening and my own running goals as well as post pregnancy healing. I fit the sessions around my kids and i get great constructive feedback with new goals set for every week so i know im making progress! Most importantly, doing the workouts during my pregnancy meant that i remained strong and my core especially bounced back so quickly. The workouts Sian gave me throughout my pregnancy paved the way for the brilliant recovery I’ve experienced since the birth of my son. Despite the sleep deprivation, I’ve felt mentally and physically so much stronger than I did first time round. My body was struggling with pain during this pregnancy - particularly sciatica - but I managed to keep my energy and strength right up until two days before I had him. As soon as these initial weeks are over I’ll be back in touch to get myself back on a path to strength and fitness. I want my boys to have a happy and healthy mum.

Sian is one of the best PTs that I've ever trained with, and I've trained with a few! I came across Sian at a time when I'd lost all motivation in my fitness at the gym where I was a member. I was doing the same classes week on week and otherwise trying to do my own thing in the gym and I just didn't feel like I was getting anywhere! She gave me a bespoke programme which included the first time of committing to deadlifts and squats properly. Sian went through everything with me and made sure I was comfortable and confident with every aspect of the programmes. She also helped me with my nutrition and really got me on track with my eating and helped me lose some unwanted weight that I had gained. I now know how to eat more nutritious food and eat better for my body and mind. Sian gave me a new programme every month and with that my progress and confidence grew month on month.
This year I have taken a break from lifting weights but taken on a challenge of running a half marathon. Sian wrote a realistic, achievable programme that really helped me improve in my running and got me ready to face the challenge!
I cannot recommend Sian enough; she is lovely, kind, friendly, funny, encouraging and supportive. She is always there if you need any additional info or if you just need a bit of added encouragement. Sian makes you accountable for your training but not in a pushy or controlling manner, it is all with a calm, nurturing, encouraging and supportive way. You should without a doubt train with Sian! She is absolutely awesome!

I have been training with Sian 121 for 8 months and could not recommend her more! I was in a place where workload had taken over my life and although I’d always enjoyed exercise it was no longer a priority in my schedule. Sian has made me fall in love with sport once again and helped me realise the importance of exercise for a healthy body and mind. Sian is both professional and extremely friendly – I’ve never met a more approachable trainer. I had always found the idea of weight training extremely daunting but she has taught me so much that I now feel confident to train in any gym (even solo!) She is full of knowledge and always open to adapting programmes to your individual needs/lifestyle. You can clearly see fitness is Sian’s biggest passion and thanks to her endless encouragement, I always look forward to her workouts. She’s the BEST!

I started PT with Sian a few months ago. I'm a Mum of a 2 and a half year old little girl and a 9 month old boy. Exercise had been a big feature of my past decade but having had two babies, I had lost my confidence, motivation and bladder control! Sian has totally turned that around. Literally in weeks. She totally understands the realities of being a full time Mum and has put together a realistic programme that is really working for me. Sian has completely changed my attitude towards fitness and exercise. She has taught me so much in such a short space of time. I always found the gym a completely daunting environment and if I did ever venture inside I migrated towards a treadmill or a cross-trainer where I felt 'safe'. Now it's so satisfying to walk into a gym and lift weights and feel confident whilst doing it. Sian has also changed the way I feel about my body, which was no easy task! Like most women, I had always focused on losing weight but now I focus on looking strong, gaining muscle and feeling healthy. Sian has always encouraged me to reach my goals. I have worked with Sian for a year or so. I was looking for general fitness training but was also aware that I needed some additional mobility and strengthening work following a hip replacement operation. I cannot speak too highly of Sian’s preparation and attention to detail. The sessions are so well structured and I invariably leave feeling genuinely invigorated. Highly recommended.

I have been working with Sian for nearly two years. The sessions are carefully planned so you are aware of the purpose of the exercise, the progression through the weeks and the content is varied. Sian is very professional in her preparation and is always positive and encouraging. She makes the sessions fun. I feel I've gained so much from the gym work in terms of the increase in my core strength but also the improvement in my decidedly dodgy knees. I couldn't recommend Sian, as Personal Trainer, highly enough.

Having had a number of trainers of the years, I find Sian to be 100% reliable. She thinks ahead and organises well, so that I'm confident that I am experienced individual care and attention. Her focus is steadfast and I find her to be both empathetic and challenging in her approach to improve my fitness. She has been particularly encouraging and supportive around an injury, listening patiently to the many (boring) details and has been open and willing to take suggestions from my sports therapist to adapt my fitness programme. You would be hard pressed to find anyone better.
