I’m a Personal Trainer and Online Coach. I’m here to help you say goodbye to fad diets, yo-yo dieting and feeling overwhelmed with your health and fitness goals.
Perhaps you find it hard to fit in exercise or don’t know where to start with your nutrition. Maybe you need some accountability to stick with a plan that actually works, or you want to improve your relationship with food.

Online Group Coaching
My online group coaching program - Project 6 - is designed to help you improve your health and get out of the all-or-nothing mindset by learning sustainable, longterm habits in a motivating, supportive group environment.
If you want to make amazing progress whilst being part of a fantastic, inclusive online community - this could be for you!
After the initial 6 weeks I offer a continued monthly group coaching program if you would like to continue.
Pre+Postnatal
As an experienced pre and postnatal coach, you can work with me throughout your pregnancy and after having your baby.
I offer 121 coaching (online and in-person options available) where everything is personalised to you, as well as an online membership option through my coaching platform, Natal Fit.
Together we will prioritise your changing needs and focus on as your rehab and recovery throughout pregnancy and beyond.
