I’m an Online Fitness Coach for women who are tired of quick fixes, fad diets, and starting over every Monday.

Pre+Postnatal
As an experienced pre and postnatal coach, you can work with me throughout your pregnancy and after having your baby.
I offer 121 coaching (online and in-person options available) where everything is personalised to you, as well as an online membership option through my coaching platform, Natal Fit.
Together we will prioritise your changing needs and focus on as your rehab and recovery throughout pregnancy and beyond.
